This is a private microsite operated by the Launan Charitable Trust on behalf of the Executors of the late Laurence Silman for the single purpose of presenting one residential property to invited buyers. The notice below summarises what we collect, why, and how to reach us.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Your name, email address, and telephone number, submitted via the access-request form.
- Standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, browser user-agent) retained for thirty days.
WHY
- To evaluate access requests to the private presentation.
- To send presentation materials and communicate with you about the sealed-bid process.
HOW LONG
Submission data is retained until a reasonable time after the sale process completes, which may be for up to twelve months to preserve information necessary to enable us to deal with issues arising from the process, and will be deleted within ninety days, unless required by law or for our records in relation to the successful bidder. Server logs are retained for thirty days.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Direct any request to enquiries@launan.org and we will respond within thirty days.
